Founded in 2020 by attorney, entrepreneur, and community advocate Eric Chalmers Poston, the Foundation is committed to addressing inequality in South Carolina through unquestioning dedication, youth mentorship, and grassroots civic engagement. In this manner, the Foundation serves to honor the Poston family name and legacy here in the low-country.
The Foundation's flagship initiative, Carolina Cares, mobilizes volunteers to deliver hygiene kits, food, school supplies, and essential services to underserved families, lost souls, and children across South Carolina.
