Eric C. Poston founded The Poston Foundation in 2020 and serves as its Executive Director and a member of the Board of Directors. Drawing on an attorney and entrepreneur background, he oversees operations, compliance, governance coordination, and program development.

His work centers on building the Foundation's organizational infrastructure, public credibility, and charitable readiness in South Carolina. He coordinates the practical systems that support responsible operations, careful public communication, and the development of the Foundation's current charitable work, including Carolina Cares.
