A dependable source of support makes it easier to plan a distribution before volunteers gather to pack kits. Sponsorship can help secure supplies, cover practical preparation costs, and support the records that explain how the program used the contribution.
The Carolina Cares model allows a local business, church, civic organization, or employee group to support a defined charitable purpose without requiring a large event. The first conversation can focus on your preferred level, available products or skills, and the program’s current needs.
The launch brief uses a $5,000 goal and an estimated all-in cost of approximately $25 per kit. The separate $30,000 annual plan targets approximately 1,000 kits and includes $25,000 in supplies, $3,000 in distribution costs, and $2,000 in administrative support.
